Our Values and Standards

Market and social research, as we understand it, serves the people: our clients as well as the consumers – to gain insights into needs and opportunities for development with a focus on positive progress as regards content and a sustainably better living environment.

We see ourselves as a market research company rooted deeply in our values, doing research to recognize truths and to denominate and validate them. No show, no "tricks" to generate non-existing needs, no affirmation of the client’s attitude per se – we take our job seriously.

It is equally important to us to show the same appreciation for the respondents who take part in our projects and often “turn their insides out” to answer our questions that we have for our clients.
